The boating lake is run spring and summer by the scout group volunteers and parents of the children in the group.  

In 2016 we have spent around £1000 buying new equipment and boats for your pleasure and enjoyment.  We aim to try and open it over Easter, weekends up to the summer holidays and then everyday of the summer holidays. These opening days do depend upon the weather and if we have someone who has volunteered to help, so if the boating lake is not open we apologise.  Should you wish to help run the boating lake for a day or more please contact
